Delete your SELFTRACE account
This official SELFTRACE page lets you request deletion of your account and the data associated with regular use of the app and portal.
How to request deletion of your account
- Complete the form on this page with the name and email address of the account you want deleted.
- Submit the request using an email address you can actually access. If needed, SELFTRACE may ask for additional ownership verification.
- Once the request is validated, the account closure and deletion process for the data listed below begins.
- If you use the Android app, you can also reach this same page from the Account section inside the mobile app.
Which data SELFTRACE deletes
- Basic account data such as display name, email, preferences, and portal access.
- Personal cartography data, patterns, progress, check-ins, and work content associated with your account.
- Sharing requests and access grants related to your profile, as well as push-device registrations linked to your account.
- Internal notifications, active sessions, and operational links created for normal SELFTRACE use.
Which data may be retained and for how long
- The deletion request itself and related correspondence may be kept for up to 24 months for operational traceability and user support.
- Minimal technical security, access, or transactional-delivery logs may be retained for up to 90 days when needed for system integrity, abuse prevention, or diagnostics.
- If an applicable legal obligation exists, certain records may be retained for the period required by that obligation.
